Objectives

William G. Mckinney came to Blue Fountain Media to re-organize a very difficult to navigate website and re-brand the Bradley's online store while incorporating the organizations 15+ years of history and expertise. We provide him with an ecommerce website that has dramatically improved their online presence and position.

In the first two months, traffic grew by over 35% through key viral features, more intuitive navigation and a fresh new design that evokes the Bradley's brand. User-generated rating of products provides an interactive feel and lets users control their experience on the website while sharing valuable information with others.

A customized and skinned blog enables the Bradley’s Military Leadership to more effectively communicate with their customers. In addition, the And Live Chat has provided  responsive customer service. Featuring images and video of the store helps to communicate the personality of the business.

An extremely robust and powerful content-management-system enables the business owners to track customer orders and customers, manage banners, manage gift certificate campaigns, and update the copy on virtually every page on the website, among other capabilities. The content-management-system provides the owners with control over most of the website – with no programming knowledge required.

Blue Fountain Media demonstrates strong customer loyalty for Bradley’s Military through integrating with McAfee, BBB, and Authorize.net. The flexibility to pay through either Authorize.net or Paypal enables quick, easy shopping.

The website redesign project has more strongly positioned Bradley’s Military in the online world to live up to its name of "The One Stop Soldier Shop."
