Objectives

After a few months of ongoing work with Blue Fountain Media, exhale mind body spa felt it was time to expand their online presence. exhale was in need of an online solution that would better support their brand, deliver a larger volume of site traffic, and increase engagement with their online booking service for spas and classes.

Methodology

When planning exhale's website redesign, it was clear that the new site would need to better capture exhale's brand and provide clear pathways for users to easily take actions like class bookings. In order to better connect with the exhale brand, the Blue Fountain Media design team created site mockups that broke free from the previous site's modular layout. Instead, throughout the website, large background photography is layered underneath content to consistently support the exhale Brand. In order to increase site engagement, the website's free flowing template is supported by strategically placed bold calls to action that direct users to their desired actions in a clear and intuitive format.

After exhale's website was redesigned to better engage their visitors, Blue Fountain Media got to work driving additional traffic. Using a combination of paid-search and search engine optimization, Blue Fountain Media was able to drive a wide array of traffic to exhale Spa's new website. In order to expand exhale Spa's search engine traffic, Blue Fountain Media's marketing team focused on driving traffic for non-branded keywords that were relevant to exhale Spa's services. Users arriving at the exhale Spa website after searching these service related terms tend to be more actionable, further increasing overall site engagement.
