Objectives

Well Appointed House came to Blue Fountain Media to design and built an ecommerce website that would increase conversions, time on site, sharing of items, repeat visits, and decrease the bounce rate.

Methodology

It all begins with the creation of a robust and well-organized CMS and CRM. Both serve as key elements to WAH's ecommerce success. The new and improved homepage focuses on funneling traffic from the start and creates a streamline process of searching and purchasing products of interest.

The new design incorporates:

  • User pathways defined by clean iconography for key sections
  • Streamlined "Shop By Room" function to better present products on the homepage
  • Rotating promotion space
  • Blog and Twitter Feed
  • Facebook social plugin
