As Global Head of Pactera Digital and Managing Director of Blue Fountain Media, Jose is responsible for the continuous evolution of BFM’s digital service offering, ensuring a clear vision into the future as well as robust delivery capabilities. In this leadership role, he engages with clients as a senior advisor, bringing forth ideas and opportunities for accelerating digital transformation – from modernizing systems of record, to optimizing systems of engagement, to evolving into systems of intelligence. Jose has a background in business and brand strategy, and 20+ years of experience in digital transformation services. His experience spans many leading enterprises and brands across multiple industries and geographies, enabling him to bring countless lessons learned and best practices to the conversation.
Jose has an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and a BA from Princeton University.
