Big Chill’s appliances were gaining momentum overseas, so BFM assisted its expansion by translating the new site into multiple European languages. As a result, we opened the brand up to more style-savvy appliance lovers across the globe, and paved the way for Big Chill to carve out mind space and market share internationally.
To drive user interaction, our team leveraged its CRO expertise to optimize multiple conversion points across key product pages, using insights gathered from heatmapping and event tracking data. As a result, Big Chill is seeing marked improvements in clickthrough rates and user experience.
Once we launched the new website and began marketing these amazing products, customers quickly warmed up to Big Chill. Beyond gains in keyword rankings and site traffic, they also saw over 140,000 more user sessions in the first three month’s post-launch than the previous year.
